This project began by going to court to save the structure from a city demolition. With much of the framing failing, this house was a perfect candidate for a total retrofit. The renovation included passive house principles and a total interior reconfiguration. Special attention was paid to exterior detailing, storage, and incorporating bathrooms and laundry into the living space.
