We believe that more affordable housing options are essential to the well-being of our city, and we are always glad to support these type of projects. Our clients include non-profits and individual developers, including East Liberty Development Inc., Hazelwood Initiative, the Bloomfield Garfield Corporation, Rising Tide Partners, City of Bridges CLT, Open Hands Ministries, and many others. Our work can be as small as assessing existing units and specifying repairs to multi-site new constructions or total adaptive reuse of existing structures.
