In 2019, our firm completed the fit-out for this juicery business's first location at 114 East 8th Avenue in Homestead. The following year, the owners selected an historic commercial space in Allegheny West Historic District for their second juicery location. 845 Western Avenue has a one-story retail addition on the front of a historic row house. A commercial kitchen was designed, and an accessible entrance was created for access to a small retail space with an accessible pick-up counter. Pittsburgh’s Historic Review Board also approved the application for exterior improvements: new gooseneck lighting, a projected wall sign, window decals, and refreshing the façade with a new color scheme.
